Does Savor the Sip Mobile Bar provide alcohol or do we?

Due to Texas law most mobile bars (including Savor the Sip) operate on a dry-hire basis. You supply the alcohol, and the bar provides bartenders, mixers, garnishes, and equipment. This keeps costs lower and allows clients to choose their favorite brands.  We do offer a pick up service to help so you have less things to worry about.

Are your bartenders licensed/insured?

Yes.  Every one of our bartenders is TABC licensed and we are insured up to $2 Million

What Type of Drinks Can You Serve?

​We pride ourselves in serving and creating signature specialty cocktails for events and can also serve standard mixed drinks,  beer, wine, and champagne pour service, in addition to mocktails (non-alcoholic beverages).

Can you help create a custom menu for my event?

Yes! We love working with our clients to create a custom drink menu for their events! Tell us your party theme, celebration, or even favorite color, and we will curate specialized cocktail options for you and your guests. 

Can you help me calculate how much alcohol I need for my event?

Of course! Once you have secured your event date, we will calculate the correct amount of alcohol needed based on your guest count and hours of your event. We take the time to understand your guest's drinking preferences and use our alcohol calculator to determine the correct amount of alcohol you need so you don't overbuy or under purchase. This way you can also control the cost and buy the specific alcohol brands you prefer.  

Do you have any mocktail options?

Yes, we would be happy to help create mocktail options for your event. A few of our previous mocktails have included blueberry mint lemonade, strawberry lemon prickly pear, and peach ginger ale. Please get in touch for more mocktail ideas.

What does your Mixer Package Include?

Our mixer package includes a variety of sodas and juices for your event.

The standard juices and sodas provided in our mixer package includes cranberry juice, orange juice, Club Soda, Tonic Water, coke, diet coke, sprite, ginger beer and water. Garnishes such as limes, lemons, oranges, and maraschino cherries are also available. 

Will you travel?

Yes! We are based in San Antonio but provide services from Austin to the Hill Country to south of San Antonio. Tell us where you are located, and we will be happy to travel to your event up to 65 miles with NO charge.  Over 65 miles is charged at the standard mileage rate  of .75 Cents per mile.

What is your rescheduling policy?

We are happy to reschedule your events at no additional charge within 90 days of your event. Any rescheduled requests for events on dates that are considered prime (Friday, Saturday, or holidays), can be subject to a new booking at 25% deposit to reserve your new date. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that planning any kind of event takes a lot of time and effort and  how disappointing it can be if things need to change.  Although we completely understand the frustration we do have a strict cancellation policy in place.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable outside of the 3 day grace period. Unfortunately, once a booking is confirmed and the contract is signed, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations outside that time frame. This policy ensures that we can continue providing the best service and preparation for every event we commit to.

If you need to reschedule or make adjustments to your event, we are happy to discuss alternatives within a reasonable timeframe. Please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to work with you. We’re here to make your event unforgettable and if your plans change, we’ll help you find the best solution for rescheduling or modifying your booking.

How much is deposit?

Our deposit is 30% down to lock your date.  The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event.  We can set you up for payments during that time as well if desired.
