OUR BARTENDERS ARE

TABC Certified

TABC certified bartenders is not a requirement by law but most venues do require you have some one that is TABC certified and insured. With Savor the Sip Mobile Bar ALL of our Bartenders are TABC Certified and Our Company carries 2 million in General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance. We can even add your venue as additional insured for that extra reassurance. Our staff will follow all TABC Rules and Regulations at the events ensuring that your guests are served responsibly. Not only do we follow State Liquor Laws but also County Laws. We will ID if needed and we will cut off guests who we deem have over indulged.

Our staff will arrive 60-90 minutes prior to start time for set-up and stay late for cleanup (no additional charge). Includes cutting garnishes and fruit and getting the bar station prepared to serve.

1 Bartender Per 75 Guests. Additional Bartenders $75/hr each

We can provide a suggested alcohol shopping list based upon your guest count

Tip Jar - We ask that we be allowed to have a tip jar for our bartenders, however if you do not wish to have that we do reserve the right to charge a minimal fee as part of your contract

Beverage Stations

Refresher Station - $200

This refresher station will come with 4 glass dispensers of sweet tea, unsweet tea, lemonade and water.

Plastic Cups and straws also provided with this add on.

Hot Beverage Station - $225

Enjoy our hot beverage station that includes regular coffee, decaf coffee, hot chocolate and hot tea. Your guests will enjoy our flavored creams, syrups and tazo teas for a 4 hour window!

Bar Rental - $100

Venue doesn't have a bar? No room for our trailer? Savor The Sip Mobile Bar can bring one of our 'bars on wheels'. Whether its a wedding, birthday, corporate event or private party we will bring the bar that meets your needs for that event. Experience the convenience and elegance of our mobile bar service for a truly unforgettable event.

Horse Trailer Bar

Horse Trailer Bar - $200

Savor The Sip Mobile Bar offers a unique mobile horse trailer we call 'Crazy Legs Ray'. Beautiiful 'Black Tie' trailer is perfect for weddings, corporate events, and private parties. Experience beer on tap and top-notch mixology and entertainment with our professional staff.

The trailer can also be rented for 'non-alcoholic' events such as school functions, open houses, markets, neighborhood gatherings and the list goes on.

Champagne Toast

Toast - $50

Elevate your event with our Champagne toast. You supply the champagne and we will provide the disposable flutes and pouring service. Cheers to unforgettable moments.
